This place is terrible. I would suggest finding another restaurant in the area. The downsides include poor service, excessive noise, high prices, a limited menu, and average food. As for the positives...

My husband and I accidentally ended our honeymoon celebration on a Tuesday, and it just so happened that Rose's offers all-you-can-eat crab legs that day!

The best Clam Chowder in Morro Bay. Could use a bit more training for waiting staff on the terrace. We had to ask everything from the menus to the cutlery, even after the food was served. But even by this we would go back because the food was really good.

This place hands down is a wonderful place to go sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the rocks .. Fantastic food and service .. Hands down to the best experience this whole week!
