Olive Garden Italian - MORROW

The worst service ever. It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and we decided on this location because of convenience and no wait time. So we sit, we order, and we wait. And wait. And wait. After inquiring via another waitress, we found out our waitress left and we had no idea. The food never came out. We asked for the manager and he said the waiter had to leave for a family emergency. Obviously, that would've been good to know 30 minutes ago. They brought the food out 20 minutes later. They gave us 15.00 off the cost because of the inconvenience. As we were leaving, we saw the waitress smoking and talking to coworkers outside sitting on the bench. The manager lied straight to our faces. On top of that, the food was not good.

The 1st time I ate at an Olive Garden was in 1992 in Macon Ga and it was my Senior Prom. I hated the food, it was bland and they said meat was Extra when ordering an entrée. I guess they were a new Restaurant and trying to for that upscale elegance atmosphere. I didn't return until I was around the age of 29 in the year of 2001/2002 at the same location, but this time meat wasn't extra. The food was still horrible but the salads were always Great. Fast forward to 2023 My manager at my now current workplace ordered chicken and shrimp Alfredo from the Olive Garden at the Morrow location and I said I will give this Restaurant entity 1 more try. Decades after decades of being horrible I will give it 1 more go. The Food was Excellent!!!! My husband and I recently celebrated his birthday dinner there a week ago. The Service, The food, and the drinks were Excellent!. I tell Everyone about my Life experiences with Olive Garden. But The Morrow Location Got It Right! And they continues to Get it right. Thank you so much for changing my perspective

Had a birthday party ? ? to attend and the crew there was magnificent ?. I'd definitely be going back again

The food was ok. The atmosphere was ok. The wait staff was visibly upset we bothered her to get the check and process our payment.

It was the quickest, friendliest Olive Garden I have been to. My food was even hot and not left out under a warmer to dry out.
