Pleasant not to have salad with the main course, but a decent selection of vegetables. Good quantities, and nicely cooked. Service friendly, professional and well timed. Can recommend the cocktails, also the ice cream desserts with alcohol. Only marginally more expensive than the other desserts (of which a good selection), and a generous splash of alcohol included.
Brilliant, friendly service and wonderfully prepared and presented food. Couldn't recommend highly enough. We had the black cod and the mussels
We visited today for lunch with my daughter and two grandchildren who are on holiday from England. We live not far from Mortagne-sur-Gironde and we were pleased to see this restaurant reopened (formally Gigi . Food choices were good and tasted good, however, no children’s menu and so our grandchildren 6 and 1 shared an adult portion. We asked the waitress (in French if we could have an extra plate or bowl to share the adults portion, she had already made a fuss about giving us a table outside, and she audibly tutted when asked for an extra plate. Sadly, the rest of the service was adequate and no more. We will try this restaurant again, but I cannot recommend it for children, unless staff attitudes change.
A tasty card with excellent invoice. Be careful to introduce you before 1:30 to enjoy the whole menu. Although the customer relationship is a bit abrupt at the reception and during the service, I strongly recommend this establishment.
Very nice evening on the small terrace near the water. A delicate and tasty cuisine, impeccable service and a very relaxed atmosphere. Thanks for the good time!
