Takeaway meal of excellent quality. We had different meals, 1.grilled belly pork with fries 2. Turkey stroganoff with rice. 3. Beef steak in cream sauce n fries. All were so tasty and hot and we were fully satisfied with the portion sizes.

Another fabulous trip to this small but beautiful restaurant. The service was great, fabulous selection of background music this evening and delicious food to beat most appetites

We have eaten at this restaurant on a number of occasions now and it never disappoints. Great atmosphere, excellent food and lots of choice. The owner cannot do enough to make your meal enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and will be going back again whenever we get the chance.

Just visiting Mortagua and my friends and i visited this place. The welcome was as warm as it is possible to have. Victor, the owner, the chef, came out of his kitchen to welcome us and work with us to decide what best to serve us. This is a place that has some dishes chalked on the walls but Victor really likes to work with his guests to ensure they have the very best dining experience. I opted for the beef steak, thin slivers of potato (imagine a chip crossed with a crisp) served with a beautiful accompaniment of softened onions and garlic and cooked in a wonderful deep red sauce. It was a seemingly simple combination but cooked to perfection, it was truly heaven on a plate. For dessert, Victor created a platter of sweet things, presented on a large, flat tile, with three accompanied spoons and a glass of port. This restaurant relies on the skill and imagination of Victor, the chef and the finest local ingredients. It is now my must eat place, when in Mortagua. Enjoy

So, we found this little gem by an absolute chance. The owner Victor speaks great English as New Yorker he brought some extravagance to the sleepy town of Mortagua, you will find it by the unique ambience and decor he has created making his guests most welcomed. Now the food was out of this world, good quality steak, wine and Victor would cook things to your taste just the way you like it. I can’t liteally recommend this place highly enough. It’s reasonably priced by UK standards but the quality wise it delivers on all fronts. We’ve had starters, main with wine and dessert and every single dish delivered a unique flavour that was flowing one after another. All in all great experience, going back soon again.
