Burger King - Moscow Oblast

This is a typical fast-food restaurant, Burger King. I considered using the app to place my order, but decided to order the Fire Whopper combo for two people, priced at 809.99 rubles. I must say, with this combo, you definitely won't go hungry. The food was decent. The chicken medallions, nuggets, fries, and Whoppers were all enjoyable. There was enough seating available on a Saturday evening, mainly occupied by school students who seemed to be there just to hang out.

The restaurant itself is good, but the cashier is simply terrible! Muhammad Jan, or Mohommad Jan—it's a complicated name. He seems indifferent to the number of guests in front of him; instead, he prioritizes chatting and laughing with his fellow countrymen. He wasted 7-10 minutes just processing our delivery order. The delivery guy was a friend of his, so why not have a chat? It was the manager's shout at him that saved us from the situation. Thanks, by the way, to the manager!

Great service! I really like this place, and there's also a play area for small children, which is excellent.

The country-style potatoes were overcooked and tasted like dry chips, which was terrible. The staff didn't seem to care; a young woman of Caucasian descent appeared to ignore us as if she didn't hear our concerns.

The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Buninskaya Alley metro station. The food quality is good, and the service is quick, but the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. This may be due to the crowd; it attracts a lot of young people, with lively conversations and games. Sometimes, you sit down at a table that clearly hasn’t been wiped down before you, and the floor can be sticky. The restroom is not very cozy either; it feels like the plumbing doesn't get maintained very often. Overall, I would rate it a three.
