The food here is delicious, no doubt about that, but the service is terrible. It took about 20 minutes to prepare a party basket, cola, and ice cream. Additionally, they are very inattentive with orders: once, they only poured half of the milkshake into a 0.3-liter cup, which was disappointing. The next time, they forgot to add the ice cream, but that was okay. However, they also didn't include the syrup in the coffee that I had paid extra for. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

No one is monitoring the hygiene or the operations of these establishments. They are unkempt and sluggish. Every weekend, when you go out for a walk, you can't help but be surprised. It's definitely off-putting.

I chose the restaurant based on the principle of finding a place with fewer people. However, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my chicken strips... Everything is incredibly slow, and they ended up giving my strips to the delivery service, which later delivered them to other customers instead of my order. There were a lot of people just wandering around, and no one seemed to be doing anything.

This is not the first time I have encountered the fact that the order is icy, more often an i-twister. They asked to warm it up, they said that it was a completely ice-cold snack. It tastes disgusting!!!
