Feedback gevenThe drive through line was almost to the entrance. The area where the girls were working was disgusting. All counters dirty with garbage all over. The girls weren't paying much attention and they dropped a blizzard and keep making mistakes. After I made my order the girl turned back and asked me again on what I order.This is my second time coming and booth times have been bad experiences.Will not recommend it to anyone .
Placed an online order prior to arrival, and it It took 20 minutes to get through the drive-through. One item I ordered apparently doesn't exist anymore, and my burger didn't taste like meat.
I waited in line for 35 minutes just to not get the food. The employees said that Were changeing the ice cream bags can you give us 5 more minutes so yeah we left with no food at all.

HORRIBLE customer service by manager Denise. Husband came inside to order inside at 7:55 pm and was told he can’t order because they close inside at 8. My husband was not rude but straight up about why they would not take his order if it wasn’t 8pm yet. My husband leaves and goes in drive thru line and waits 40 min to end up being told they are denying to take his order at window because he was “ rude” I think owner should review camera footage of the exchange to see how they treat their customers and also look at the camera of the exchange of the drive thru. Seems we aren’t the only ones according to a lot of recent reviews that have had a horrible experience here in this location with customer service. I’ll be taking this higher up to corporate. Boss should also do a better job checking in the establishment and making sure the employees are doing what they need to do. Denise said she will be talking to her district manager. The more the boss or district manager allow this behavior to happen, the more bad reviews and complaints will keep coming in.
