Starbucks - Moses Lake

I wouldn't recommend the Tomato Mozzarella on Focaccia. Mine had just one tomato and barely any mozzarella, making it essentially a dry sandwich with only oil and seasonings. Everything else I've tried so far has been great, though.

I ordered a triple shot venti Americano but was served a bland, ordinary coffee instead—nothing like espresso. It felt like something I could have easily gotten at Denny's. This was a mistake and is simply unacceptable at any price.

The sandwich I ordered was as hard as a rock and contained the tiniest piece of bacon imaginable. Even a mouse wouldn't be satisfied with it—completely unacceptable!

This is a pleasant Starbucks location. The staff is friendly, but there was a mistake with one of our two drinks. Additionally, there was a loud mini speaker that made it hard to hear the employees. However, the staff managed to locate the correct coffee order and handled everything well.

This is my favorite restaurant! I always enjoy traveling, and this time the staff was incredibly funny and friendly towards my little one, who was celebrating their birthday that day. Everyone was so kind, humorous, and patient. I really love visiting places filled with such good people.
