Good chips, hotdogs and servings. Fried rice could do with a little more flavour. Owners can’t speak English that well so the have a part time high school student servering.

Great value! During our extended stay in New Zealand, we’ve developed a taste for the charming little fish and chip shops and Chinese takeaways that seem to dot every neighborhood in this amazing country. While there are quite a few options in Mosgiel, our family recommended this particular spot because of its cleanliness and use of fresh oil, and we were not disappointed. The fish was cooked to perfection with a crispy batter and a juicy fillet, while the chips were plentiful, crunchy, and incredibly tasty. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that prompted us to return for an equally satisfying meal the second time around. The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional during both visits.

I hadn't been to this restaurant for a while, but I used to really enjoy their burgers. I ordered a pineapple and onion burger, but unfortunately, I only received the onion burger despite the order being clearly written on the bag. I was a bit disappointed by that. The chips were nice and there was a good portion, though. It did seem like they were quite busy since it was a Friday night.

Thank you, Lee, for feeding my family over the past few years! Tonight’s sweet and sour pork was the reason I gave a 5-star rating! Although, to be honest, your meals are consistently 5-star every time!

Highly recommended, chips were perfect as well as the other food we ordered. Definitely go back to this again
