I’m very displeased with the service provided, or lack there of, by staff members at Pizza Express Mosman Park. At 10.37pm on the 12th of October I placed an order at the store and received an order number and online confirmation of my online purchase. After waiting more than hour without receiving my food I called the store up. Upon calling the store I was spoken to by a very impatient and impolite man who blamed me for not receiving my food. I informed that the money had been taken from my account but no food had been delivered. To this he responded that there was nothing he could do and that I should have used Uber Eats. Following this he hung up on me and refused to pick up phone calls. Such behaviour is disgraceful in the food service industry. I’m very disappointed and don’t intend to ever be scammed by this establishment again
I had the displeasure of ordering through Uber eats and being delivered the worst pizza I have ever encountered. Ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic bread. One of the pizzas wasn’t sent with the order (thankfully), the one that did come was a portifino, not a large size and with gluten free base which wasn’t asked for. I love local pizza joints and Chelsea and Broadway are always good and reliable, however they were closed so I tried this place. Never ever again!
Just rang to order a pizza. Said they have no mushrooms can I choose another one .... They are literally 50 meters away from an Iga that is open.. Not good enough .
What ever you do don't get them to deliver, they take forever and then got the order wrong and refused to fix it or refund the order, I can not believe that the can get away with this. I put in a complaint but they did not care. Very poor effort.
