Service was incredible as soon as I picked up the phone to order Delivery was on time, so no waiting around.

The Cupcake Factory has to be hands down the best cupcakes in Sydney If you haven't tried them yet, you simply must.

Was able to try out their cupcakes after we had them cater one of our work functions and was unfortunately not too pleased with the quality of the cupcakes. There were a few varieties but all of them were dry or just not too tasty save the red velvet cupcake. However without fail all of them had a woefully large dollop of buttercream icing on top that just overpowered the rest of the cake and I was especially disappointed to see that they used butter cream instead of cream cheese icing on the red velvet.Maybe I'm just not a fan of the classic cupcake but regardless, the cupcakes I tasted from these guys sadly left a lot to be desired.

I tried their red velvet and it did not disappoint! the cookies and creme are classic and i’m deeply in love with how they taste and how it’s perfectly melting in my mouth! it’s the perfect moisture and not too sweet! if you had the chance to visit them at Mosman, please do!
