Wonderful setting on a fresh water lake, comforting food that filled the belly, super friendly service that made us feel very welcome. Had a chicken burger and hake.<br/

Situated in Lake Pleasant Living on the banks of the Groenvlei (Green Wetland) is a well hidden gem of a restaurant. Bistro on the Lake offers a menu covering traditional South African dishes and is open from 7am till late. This was our second visit to the restaurant and I am sure it will not be our last.

Best pizza in town! Love the olde style pub and resturant vibe. Definitely worth a stop when going through sedgefield.

We been here a few times over the past 5 years and there food and service is great.

Enjoyed the pub lunch special, but the best part about this place is that it's very pet-friendly! The bar is pet-friendly and well behaved dogs can spend the night too.
