Baskin-robbins - Mossy Head

Went drive thru. Paid $20 for 2 small milkshakes and a medium milkshake. We had to pull up. Waited 10 minutes outside in the car. NO ONE WAS THERE! Just about the time I worked up a good mad I went in and they still wasn't ready. Just about the time I was going to ask for a refund the chick finally went out a different door headed the car where my hubby was sitting. The so called milkshakes were chocolate milk with chips of ice floating in them. They didn't have any thickness at all. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

Stood there 22 minutes to be literally ignored. I worked customer service 22 years and so I was willing to be patient, but to be completely ignored for more than 20 minutes with only 4 customers total was a complete failure. It looked like there was only 2 ppl in the store all together which screams not only failure on mngmt, but also a severe security issue.

This five star review was earned by Coffey (the employee, not the drink. It’s rare these days to find someone positive and ready to help who truly seems like they enjoy their job but Miss. Coffey made our experience great. It was a plus that the love potion, Cookie Monster, and Rocky road were delicious too!

Very honest workers. Found my purse and put it in the back. My husband was able to pick it quickly. Thank you for being honest
