The service was lacking, with staff, including the manager on duty, standing around and chatting instead of attending to customers.

The service here was incredibly disappointing! I had to wait in line for ages, with no cashiers available to take orders. There was just one person at the register handing out orders, even though three registers were empty. This is unacceptable. They don't deserve any stars at all!

On Friday, I arrived at 8:00 PM, but the doors were closed. I asked the security why they were closed when they were supposed to stay open until 9:00 PM. He informed me that the food had run out.

I’m at Steers trying to buy an ice cream cone for 50 rand, but the woman at the counter informed me that they have no change available, and her attitude was rather unfriendly. They definitely need to enhance their customer service.
