The coffee here was terrible, but the bagels are absolutely delicious. I would have given it 5 stars if I hadn't found bits in my coffee.

Incredible bagels and the best bagel sandwiches I've ever tasted! Be sure to try their Asiago or Sriracha Asiago—both are absolutely delightful.

I had a very negative experience at this restaurant on two occasions, both involving the same employee. A couple of weeks ago, I went in for a cinnamon sugar bagel and was met with a lot of attitude instead. Knowing better this time, I called in our order early, just before 8 a.m. We arrived around 9 a.m., only to find that our order had been thrown out! By that time, they had sold out of the bagels, and we didn't even receive an apology. I've been going there for years, despite it being a bit of a trek for us, and I usually look forward to their bagels. This experience really let us down, and I don't think we'll be returning.

I ordered 2 hot coffees and 2 everything bagels with ham and eggs. Instead, I received 2 lukewarm coffees and ham and eggs on plain bagels! I would have appreciated being asked what type of bagel I wanted instead of the everything bagels, as I definitely wouldn't have chosen plain. I won't be returning and do not recommend this place.

Great bagels, best in the area! I've never been disappointed!
