Snappy Lunch - Mount Airy

I really enjoyed eating here. Nostalgie, friendly staff. This brought back some childhood memories that go to town and eat lunch with grandpa. I had an old fashion dbl Cheeseburger with Slav and Chili. It may not be for everyone, it is a southern thing. A very busy place, food was good, service was fast price was very reasonable. I would eat here again

Wife and I stayed here for breakfast and some sights. We really enjoyed the food. The service was very good. Very polite. Not expensive. Worth the money. Our food didn't take time and was hot. Many pictures of Andy Griffith and more of Andy and Zelebs. I would totally recommend coming here.

Was like taking a step back in time. The pork chop sandwich is as good if not better than people say. A very cheap lunch, I haven't paid $13 for lunch for two people in a long time.

Home of the famous pork cop sandwich. Super popular place. We waiting a little longer for the food than we felt was needed but when the food came it was worth it. The prices are amazing!!!!

We were recommended to have lunch in Snappy 's by experienced family members in Greensboro. We found it a fabulous rejection of the culinary values of our youth. The place is so sweet, no nonsense, clean and ready to use it. Service was fast and friendly (NC hospitality), the food was delicious and the filling and prices were incredibly reasonable (see the menu below)! No visit to Mayberry (Mt. Airy, NC) would be without a Big Pork Chop Sandwich from Snappy 's. Andy sent you!
