Twisted Fork - Mount Albert

I made a reservation for 5:30 PM and arrived at 5:25 PM. We were told to sit anywhere but waited for 45 minutes without even receiving a menu. A couple that came in at 6:00 PM was served before us, even though their order was taken at 6:05 PM. We decided to leave the restaurant at 6:15 PM as we were still waiting for service. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great food and service at this unassuming neighborhood restaurant. It has a cozy diner atmosphere rather than a traditional pub or bar vibe, and the diverse mix of customers, including couples, families, and groups of friends, added to the pleasant experience. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

We discovered this restaurant as a hidden gem and had a fantastic experience. We met our friends for lunch and will definitely return. I ordered a mimosa without orange juice and the server didn't hesitate. The menu was so diverse that it was difficult to choose, so we all got appetizers, which were half price. We ended up sharing and trying each other's dishes. The quesadilla was thick and filled with delicious ingredients, the fish and chips were excellent, the omelette was amazing, and the Shepard's pie received rave reviews. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and it felt like a friendly and welcoming home. All four of us loved everything about the experience and can't wait to go back to try more items on the menu. A big thank you to Becky for everything.

Had a great lunch on the patio, food was delicious, very reasonable prices, and we will be returning!!

No matter what your taste, you are sure to find something that will tantalize your taste buds. Warm friendly service. The best part is they also cater and what an amazing job they do of that.
