Feedback gevenI absolutely adore this place! Cheryl is amazing, and she provides the most delicious sugar-free syrups I've ever tasted. I've never had a drink here that I haven't loved!
After clarifying my order for a 20oz drink, I received a 16oz instead, yet I was still charged for the 20oz. I recognize that food carts can become quite busy—I used to own one myself—but there comes a point when it’s necessary to halt the rush and address a mistake.
I love stopping by this café on my way to work, as long as I'm not in a hurry! The coffee is excellent, but what I value even more is the genuinely friendly atmosphere. It feels completely authentic and not forced at all!
Great little place to stop for your beverage. Great staff and great prices. Little town should be proud.
I understand your frustration for not receiving the best service possible. Yes you may had to wait for the wrong drink or for a drink that wasnt to your satisfaction. There’s a contact number you can call to let me know about your unpleasant experience and I would gladly refund your money back to you. Please understand that I go to great lengths to try to give customers the best experience I can give them. At one of these events that a 1 star review was given I was a 1 or 2 person operation serving drinks from 6am til 9pm. I do not eat much or drink so that I can serve all day without having to take a restroom or lunch break.I then take over an hour to clean up, go to store to buy more milks which usually required going to several stores, maybe go to cash and carry also, go home, unload car, prep for tomorrow ie bubble tea, strain cold brew or teas, sleep for a few hours and repeat. I was serving over 500 drinks a day goin thru 25 gallons of whole milk, not to mention the fat free and all the almond milks. My day was 15 hours long with no break. I don’t know to many people who can do that. Also keep in mind that I only do events and to find consistent help for weekends is impossible. I am the one at the espresso machine but the person at the window is most likely brand new that day or maybe 3 rd day into it. Please have some patience and understanding. Thankyou.
