Prices are comparable to Pub grub and wouldn't be justified if located in Adelaide in this instance (too much choice elsewhere). I'll be back though because the staff (Owners) are lovely and absolutely deserve a second chance.
This hidden gem was amazing! The owner is a SUPER nice guy and very welcoming. The place has a great atmosphere and the music isn't too loud. Although the phone number displayed on facebook wasn't connected, Selwyn responded within a minute via Facebook message to say he had reserved us a table. Super easy. It was our first experience here, so we were happy to hear all about their local and mostly organic produce they use! One of the best parts, they don't charge for Gluten Free buns! It's nice not to be penalised for a dietary requirement. Their buns are made by neighbouring bakery, Millies, just up the street. Oh, and you don't have to pay extra for chips. Finally a burger place in Mt Barker that isn't fast food. Thank you!
Best burgers in town! Care and consideration going in every aspect of this burger. Homemade tomato jam is awesome! Cool quirky little spot with delicious burgers, fries and craft beers!!! Love it!
I'm Canadian so I know my way around a good burger. Ooh LaLa's signature burger is mouth watering. Quality ingredients like the Black Angus patty, crispy smoked bacon, and Gouda melted cheese make this burger a tasty choice. Five stars!
We had the cheeseburger and chicken burger and both were excellent. Generous serves of really tasty fries with both. Friendly service and cool, upcycled decor. Will definitely visit again.
