Mcdonald's - Mount Carmel

Stood inside for 8 minutes at register before an employee addresses me. They proceed to tell me to hold on. The employee ask the manger to come do multiple employee meals. The manger rings up 3 employee meals then walks away as I stand there, the employee who originally told me to wait a moment then comes up and says sorry I’ll be with you shortly, I immediately left. Going to Burger King.

Typical McD location with the exception of a VERY friendly and helpful employee who was very courteous and gave us the location of a great place to watch the solar eclipse that was nearby yet totally uncrowded. We are from Chicago and did not have any local knowledge so this info was most helpful and appreciated.

This McDonald's suck !! Waited over 30 mins for food . The people was rude.

Food was trash so was the service and the entire building was disgusting.

Service is Minimal at best food doesn 't appear as advertised and the management is Insolent to the Customer 's!
