Overall, I didn’t have a bad experience. There are several items the owners should consider working on to make this a stellar experience. First of all, you’re selling lobster so serving your food and drinks on plastic/paper plates with plastic cutlery is not a great start at all, especially for the price you’re paying. Secondly, the decor and feel of the place wasn’t well designed and it doesn’t really match the food concept. It feels like they either didn’t have the money to do it how they wanted, or they didn’t care so much about it. I think having cushions in the benches would be a great addition, and taking the bench that is by the window out so that the bar can be all the way against the window. Plus, the walls that exist make it seem like this restaurant was put into something that previously existed. Be intentional about everything you do and it will translate to everything. Lastly, the food was average. If it’s lobster, it better be awesome especially when you’re charging $20+ for a small lobster roll. Everything should be fresh and tasty. Always consider how your guest is experiencing not only your food, but the experience of being there. It all matters and will set you apart.
Excellent service. Everything's fine . 100% recommended
Place was great, nice setting, centrally located and great food. The Lobster Roll was spot on, thanks for a tasty lunch.
Let 's be honest, lobster rolls are not cheap anywhere, but yet $22+ with taxes for a literally folded toast with cold lobster (mayyyybeee), thst doesn not worth the money. Inside the folded toast 3 or 4 small lobster pieces.People inside are super nice and the place is super clean but come on, it took like 20 mins to get a roll a sandwich and couple of small chips bags.Do yourself a favor unless you want to throw your money away.
