Feedback gevenI had the tear and share chicken, chips, and salad at Nando's. I absolutely loved the delicious chicken. It was my first time dining at Nando's and I was not disappointed by the food. The chips were tasty and the selection of dips was great. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional! The food is incredible! The only downside is the extended wait time for the chicken dish.
Nando's is a fantastic restaurant with a wide range of menu options, including full chicken, burgers, and rice with salads. However, the chickens at Nando's are quite small and may not be filling, especially when paired with their signature spicy peri peri sauce. The customer service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The peri peri chips are top-notch, with incredibly delicious salt seasoning. While the rice is good, it may not be as recommended as the chips. The halloumi sticks are also tasty, though they have a somewhat plasticky texture. Overall, Nando's offers a great dining experience and I would highly recommend visiting. They also provide amenities such as a hand washing sink, COVID check-in, and sanitization station.
We bought 2 whole chicken with 4 big sides, the spicy rice for the retreat on Saturday night. the huh has not even sauce in it, not like the normal saucy huh we always have of them. then we noticed that the rice was uncooked. So we went back to the store and told them that the rice they gave us was uncooked. they said they give us a new one so that we waited again, then they go home. When we eat, we noticed his the same, not cooked again somwe have no choice than to have it. if that's the case, it's not that we definitely rely on the diarrhea. never important when it comes to buying or fulfilling the mt druitt from nando. the worst employees have not even apologized for their debt.
Second bad experience in the same restaurant. first was caox a year ago, when casser refused to get points in nando's loyalty card and today, as asked for additional craft not coming with extra lace. when the staff asked for extra basting on huh, the staff replied that his going to cost extra $1.95 I was sitting and eating was already on my table. I said I'm asking for the chicken, and the answer was that is extra kitten and if they want more, they have to pay. I've never seen that in a nandos restaurant. I have been eating nandos for over 15 years, starting from brisbane, melbourne and in sydney. it is not about $2, its over the customer service, and fill them up the order that was requested. Why didn't he accuse me when I ordered and asked for additional craft? Why didn't he say when I ordered, hey look if they want that extra basting his extra $1.95? paid $35 for whole huh, chips and a drink, think they, I wouldn't pay $2 for extra basting if informed? dissapointed. the personal was rude, not going back to this restaurant!
