Rashay's - Mount Druitt

I thought I was give this place a go as I was over the food at the hotel and this place was close by, the table was dirty even tho it was cleaned as I sat down, I order the chilli prawn pasta the prawns where cold the pasta was all stuck together like it had been cooked frozen and reheated there was no chilli in the dish or flavour at all, Never going back again, Table service was poor, the staff addressed me as “boss”, if I was your boss and you spoke to customer like that you would be out the door,

So I order 2 smoothies online 1 mango and 1 banana smoothie. Just to get it and drink it and it's a **** Banana Milkshake. If I wanted a milkshake, I would have ordered one. Don't you know why Rashay's smoothie would apply and serve milkshake? I go back to the store to ask why they gave me a milkshake, and the server says they don't use real bananas just banana syrup for Banana smoothie. So here I try to explain to this girl the difference between Milkshake smoothie. If that's not a sign to give employees more training, I don't know what is. It's easy! Just don't have it on the menu if you don't have real fruit to make smoothies. It's just a little bit, but it's so uncomfortable to go back and forth from my car and then explain the differences of drinks to a worker. The server was nice and I don't owe her that it's the company. The Shakes were also watery... disgusting! They didn't finish me a refund I don't know why, but they gave us Iced Chocolate Strawberry. And even they tasted watery, but I wasn't worried to go after it, because my 6 children wait in the car. This is crazy disappointing Rashys. We usually feed here before the lockdown from June, but come back Jan 2022. Staff is different and therefore has the quality of food. Just add a picture of the Banana smoothie advertised that “DOESN’T” say banana syrup haha

Don't make home delivery. This will send a disgusting thing for the 4th time. I ordered Lasagne. It was so hard and burned that I couldn't even eat. It was just like before. they are spices in domestic delivery services. I used to order Burger and it was so small and burnt. His bungalow wasn't even frisssbar. patty was hard like a rock and so chewy.
