KJ Takeaway Food and Coffee Pitstop

We saw the car parked on the main highway with the coffee sign and did a uey and turned off as directed. It certainly was worth it. we had four great breakfasts and the best coffee on the highway. The owner and his wife could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. It was a cool autumn morning and we sat outside enjoying the lovely surrounding countryside away from the highway. We could have chatted with them for hours but we had to get to Tamworth. Great food and great people. What more could you ask for.

The most unassuming cafe exist on a side street in Aratula Queensland.Just off the Cunningham Hwy, you will find the KJ Pitsop, tonight was my partner’s first time at the cafe , though it was my second. We dropped in to pick up the $10.00 Chinese meal (which I had last time and really enjoyed). What we saw on the menu was a pulled pork and caramelized onion burger , we ordered one each, and I ordered a fresh fruit strawberry milkshake.We had the most amazing burger, 1 inch thick pulled pork, fresh salad and lovely strawberry shake.Do yourself a favor and check out KJ takeaway food and coffee pitstop. I love this place I don't know i feel like i have walked back in time.It friendly The coffee is to die for.I often go out there by myself for a dive and a coffee.I always stay here for a lunch or breakfast if I'm on the way to Balandian for the weekend

Nothing fancy but decent food, large helpings and friendly service. Much better than the other cafes in Aratula.

We usually call into one of the 'main drag' establishments but decided to do a 'blockie' so we could park our trailer. What a fortunate decision that was! We discovered KJs! The food was delicious and so much of it! Best value for money and the owners were so friendly and welcoming - huge change from some of the other places. Even our dog was not left out of the hospitality! We will definitely be making this a regular stop when we travel to Warwick!!Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and for the fantastic food!
