McCafe Mount Gambier

I visited the drive-thru last night (03/03/22) around 10pm. It only took about 2 minutes from when I arrived to when I left, and the service was very fast and efficient while still delivering high-quality food. The staff were very friendly, especially the sweet girl at the first window. At the pick-up window, a kind girl in a blue shirt handed me my food while multitasking and remaining polite and supportive to her team members. Another girl in a red shirt appeared to be assisting her. These were the friendliest workers I have ever encountered. Keep up the good work, I will definitely be returning!

This McDonald's in Mt Gambier is an improvement compared to the other newer ones in town. Occasionally, they may make mistakes and forget parts of your order, but hey, that's just typical for McDonald's, right?

I stopped by this restaurant in Mt Gambier on my way back to Geelong with the intention of dining in. While waiting for my order, my young daughter visited the restroom and came back saying she didn't want to use it. Upon inspection, my partner confirmed that it was filthy. We decided to leave without placing an order as the dining area was also dirty, with food on the tables, seats, and floor. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience at this McDonald's.

I just wanted to say that the young man appears to be the manager is very good his bubbly personally is awesome. I travel Mt Gambier for work and I get my morning coffee here it's awesome! . Last time I was here on my second day he remembered my special requests ice in my long black . It's wonderful to experience exceptional customer service it doesn't happen often

Went in on this occasion to get a coffee at 4pm and was appalled at the state of the place .... nearly every table in the dining room had bags and trays on them .... the bin area was full of trays and rubbish on the top .... the McCafé FRONT SERVICE counter was disgraceful with milk cartons, spilled drinks, coffee grounds and empty dishes all over it... so much the girl had to hand me my order because she couldn’t put it down. The floor was slippery with some sort of grime on it and there was rubbish in the car park and on the outside tables! My coffee wasn’t much more than watered down milk! A couple of weeks before, we went in for a late night snack and my mcchicken burger bun was was as hard as the table and had a couple of bits of lettuce which were all brown. I took it back, but the replacement wasn’t much better! This restaurant used to be the best in SA, now it’s a disgrace!
