Dunkin' - Mount Holly

Usually, the experience here is good, but today I ordered through the app as I normally do and received a medium instead of a large. The staff member simply filled a large cup with ice, poured the medium coffee on top, and handed it back to me without a word. There was only about a half-inch gap at the top of the cup, so I'm left wondering how much more coffee I would have actually received.

The prices keep increasing—what used to be a bagel with cheese for about $3 plus tax is now $5! And since when do they charge for a cup of water? Tap water is free everywhere, so it's absolutely unacceptable for Dunkin' Donuts to charge $1, especially when you're already making a purchase from them. On top of that, the staff's attitude was terrible. It seems like there’s a lack of diversity at Dunkin' Donuts locations in liberal states, as all the employees appear to be Bangladeshi.

Wow, the attitude of the servers this morning was quite off-putting. It wasn't everyone, but it certainly made an impact. The food took a long time to arrive and there were no apologies for the delay. When I asked about the syrup that wasn't included in my tea as requested, it wasn't just a mistake that bothered me—it was the way I was treated when I brought it up. I really don't understand why some people choose to work in customer service if they don't have the right mindset. Is it really that hard to say thank you or offer a kind word to a customer, especially when it comes to their order? Oh well!

That was good, but only average. In Fairness, they were muddled as it was SCAD graduation weekend and commemorative day weekend. We had the French toast, which was quite good with sausage (boiled) and the Oglethorpe (pancake, eggs over medium, bacon and potatoes.

The experience was decent, but nothing exceptional. To be fair, things were a bit disorganized since it was SCAD graduation weekend and a holiday weekend. We tried the French toast, which was enjoyable, and the Oglethorpe, which included pancakes, eggs cooked medium, bacon, and potatoes. Overall, it was a satisfactory meal.
