Mcdonald's - Mount Holly

Ordered a double quarter with cheese, fish and 6 nuggs. Waited at the window for about 3 minutes then told to pull up to a waiting spot that the fish was cooking. Waited there for 30 minutes. Employee came out and asked me what I Ordered. I told her she went back inside. She came out two more times with other cars order. Came back to me 5 minutes later and asked me what I ordered again. I then asked her what I ordered and she said they got busy. I asked her what I ordered. She said they lost my order. I told her again what I ordered. She went back inside. 5 minutes later another employee came out with my order and a refund. I just took my order and left. I just wanted my food not a refund. I live 5 minutes away. When I got home everything was cold and the fish that took sooooo long to cook wasn't even inside the bun. They couldn't even make sure the fish was in between two bun.

Had to wait in drive thrufor 20 mins... Waste of time sadly

I was not pleased with their food within an hour and a half I was sick and for the next day or so I had stomach

Horrible experience food wasn’t right the child and the drive-through was totally disrespectful! I am really over it. I’ve gave them chance after chance to do the right thing and they can’t even get one order right everything’s always cold and nasty. It’s a shame they really give McDonald’s a bad name
