Feedback gevenThe service was slow despite there being very few customers. When our waitress did her job, she was obviously high, and had a difficult time comprehending anything we had to say. Everyone says the potato soup here is awesome, but to me it was a very salty congealed cheese sauce with french fries in it. I found myself sick shortly after well until the next day. Definitely won't be wasting anymore money here.
First and last time at this location. PLEASE FIRE THE COOK BECAUSE THEY CANT COOK! My son ordered shrimp pasta, it was so dry. My steak and chicken tenders was burnt. I talked to the manager and he brought out more over cooked chicken tenders. It was a total waste of money.
On a Saturday night, the restaurant was surprisingly not very busy. Despite the lack of patrons, we still faced about a 20-minute wait just to be seated. Once we finally sat down, our experience started to decline. We ordered cocktails along with our food, but the drinks only arrived right before our meals. While the rolls were freshly baked, they were not soft at all. The potato soup was delicious, as was my pasta. However, my friend's steak was undercooked, and our waitress didn’t check on us until we had to send it back through another staff member. I’m giving this place 2 stars because there was a noticeable lack of attention to our overall experience. The manager should have been checking in on tables instead of serving. This experience has definitely put me off; I won’t be returning to the Mt. Juliet location again!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant last night. We spent over $100 on food, and the only item that was somewhat decent was the caramel pie. The chicken tenders were overcooked and resembled chicken jerky. The potato soup was truly disappointing—there was no bacon or cheese, just poorly cooked potatoes floating in broth. The cheese wedges were barely cooked, and the pasta was old and unappetizing. To sum it up, we will definitely not be ordering from them again!
The service was not very good and quite slow. I placed an order online, but they were out of several items I had requested. Rather than contacting us by phone or email to let us know, they waited until we arrived 30 minutes later to pick up our food to inform us about the missing items. As a result, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the chicken tenders and fries to be prepared.
