Mags Deli - Mount Kisco

Overall, I’m surprised to see such low ratings for Mags! I’ve ordered from them five times, and only once did I have a less-than-stellar experience. The food is excellent for the price, the staff is generally very friendly, and the quality is consistently good. I wouldn’t rate this place so harshly. Every deli has its ups and downs, but Mags is definitely a great spot for a morning bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich or some domestic fries! My overall rating is 9 out of 10.

The customer service and food quality here are absolutely terrible! It takes so long for them to serve food that my cold cut sandwich arrived warm. The staff is also quite rude over the phone. This is by far the rudest deli in the Mt. Kisco area. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!

If I could give less than one star, I would. The food was too late for an hour. I called the facility twice to see where the food was. I was hurried on the phone with the answer? He's leaving? He left? The supplier told me the food was hot. It was cold and grounded. I asked for a refund and the lady never called me back to confirm the refund on her machine used. Don't eat here at all or get your own food.

This is our go to deli place in the area. The prices are fair and the food is decent. They have a wide variety of sandwiches. My personal go to is the Monterey salad sandwich which is my favorite. I also really enjoy the mac and cheese mainly because it has a bit of heat to it.
