Feedback gevenWhat a catastrophe. do not order online sweat, it takes ten times as long as they simply go and order. it's delusional to watch people in whom they go to order to go with their food while waiting there for 30 minutes. when they finally get their food, the order will be missing. They looked like they had a lot of personal, so I don't know what the problem is. it looked like not enough people work on online orders while they work more than enough on the inside store orders. the floors are a chaos in the kitchen and the tables needed a good wash from crusted food.
That must be the worst chipotle that exists. I had at least 5 bad experiences, including today, when I made an order, to go and it came with none of the points I had asked for. the burrito fell apart and the eating tasted bland and seasoned.
Well, I think it's safe to say after reading all the reviews this place will soon go out of business. the children on the theke have terrible customer service and the first thing they say is the long list of the dinge they are out. this place has mumbling everywhere and everyone's table is dirty. the drink area is completely a chaos. that's my first time. eating was pretty good.
They close at 10 o'clock, or? well order nothing (especially from the app) after 9 o'clock, because they seem to be closed, clean the food area, and will not even tell them that they are not putting their meal together when they pick it up. that should be a bowl with steak, rice, bor, salsa and mais. Yes, 60% of the order. I loved chipotle. but this place is terrible. I had to go through the app and twitter to pay back.
Dirty store, workers are extremely slow at making food, and the workers are also rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. One word to describe this Chipotle... ew.
