Pancheros Mexican Grill - Mount Laurel

I came here regularly. But for the last 5 or 6 months this location really went down the hill. For beginners, employees are absurdly rude. Some will not acknowledge your presence. Those who do it seem irritated to have to talk to you. The kindest person I've been interacting with for months. literally spit on the floor when they handed over my order. In order to deteriorate things, overall cleaning is taken at about the same rate as customer service. And for the last few weeks it is now accompanied by an almost overpowered smell. What can be described. Dirty bathroom mop bucket, mixed with bleaching floor cleaner.

Friendly staff, clean branch, clean dining area. The food is literally freshly cooked and turned. We always get a Burrito, Burrito and Queensadilla. At least 2 or 3x per month. Cheaper and healthier than the other Fast Food alternatives.

Not only was the manager low key rude I came to find out when I came home there was a BUG crawling in the bag. It was HUGE. It was a cockroache. glad I found it after I had it in my car and in my hands. absolutely disgusting I usually order from there and it is never dirty. this time, I guess they didn't clean the back well enough to crawl a mistake in my pocket and over my food. never have to be ordered from there again? I also ordered chips and they never put it in my pocket. whatever my fault is to not thoroughly check.

I love Panhcheros and go there a lot. I happened to be around Mt Laurel in rt 38. I came in with my emotional support dog and the rude manager just yelled in front of everyone you can?t have the dog here . First of all I never had any issue with any restaurant when I bring the dog especially when I?m holding her in my arms which I usually do. Maybe they should put a sign no dogs allowed instead of yelling in front of everyone and embarrassing the customer. That manager need some more training Vicky

The workers are terrible and acted like i was there at a bad time at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, they were ignoring me and I was the only person in line. This is how my shrimp bowl came out and I also got a chicken burrito which was terrible. Pancheros needs to figure it out at this location, I can honestly say I am done with this company after trying a few times.
