Panera Bread - Mount Laurel

As a nanny, I take the kids here often after picking them up from summer camp, and it’s become their favorite lunch spot. They always order the mac and cheese, and I really enjoy trying the new loaded drinks, like the red apple cranberry. The food is consistently freshly prepared and served hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, and both the storage and dining areas are always clean and well-stocked with spices, napkins, and utensils.

I had a great experience at the restaurant! The service was quick, and the interior, along with the outdoor terrace, was beautifully designed. The food was delicious; I ordered the buffalo chicken bacon pizza, mac and cheese, Caesar salad, chicken noodle soup, and a tuna sandwich. Unfortunately, they didn’t have turkey available, but the bacon turkey bomb was my favorite sandwich. I also tried a green drink that was refreshing. The atmosphere was lovely, making for a pleasant dining experience. Update: As of 8/25/22, everything is still excellent!

Panera used to be fantastic, but in my last two visits, I've been disappointed. I asked for provolone cheese, but instead received a thin sandwich on a baguette with yellow cheese. They no longer offer ham but continue to serve pork bacon, which seems inconsistent. My sister's sandwich wasn't toasted properly, and the turkey in her sandwich was poorly arranged, just placed with yellow cheese and no effort to make it appealing. Panera used to create sandwiches that were elegant and visually appealing; now it feels more like opening a bag of yellow cheese at home. What happened? We miss the old Panera. I won't be returning.

My spicy take chicken sandwich was missing the spicy pimple chips and the salad I ordered my girlfriend to go 13 dollars and was not bigger than my half salad for which I paid 7 dollars. I honestly feel a little ripped off. Contact the customer service to hear their opinion on this subject until I leave a final review. Update: They gave me a new meal.

I had SUCH. AN. AMAZING experience at Panera today! My best friend and I came for dinner and we had confusions with our salad orders. My friend ended up getting a different salad than she expected when ordering and was unsatisfied with her meal. All of the sudden, one of the staff named June (shoutout to June! , approached our table and offered to make a different salad for my friend. Neither I nor my friend expected this type of kindness; and June did not fail us! She offered to and made a new salad for my friend, even though we insisted on her not because of the work it would be. She insisted on us being satisfied with our meals, and even offered free cookies for us. What an amazing experience, it truly made our day!
