Tony Soprano's Pizza - Mount Laurel

Customer service is terrible. It seems that there has been a change in ownership in recent years. The current owners are stingy. There were several cases where I asked for one side of the diving sauce for which they calculate .65. Several times I had delivered my order, or took it on me just to find there is no side diving sauce. If I wanted to know them, they vehemently deny that they made a mistake. This has happened on several occasions that let me believe that they do not carefully check the orders before they pack them. Once I heard that the manager healed and made intelligent comments in the background, while a work spoke to me. The new Asian owners count every penny but treat their customers like garbage. Too bad. They ruin a pizzeria that is known and has long been in the community. If you order from them, you can enjoy the food....However, if you have a problem, chances are they slow to solve it. Or they can't solve it at all. I won't order from here again. I am really insulted how they are more busy with money/cost than the customer experience.

My pizza was delivered with all the punches from the pizza and in the corner of the box. It was cold and I spent $45 on a pizza and mozzarella sticks. Everything was tasteless doll and greasy. I was offered 4% to my next order. No, that's not happening. Get awful pizza somewhere else for half the price

Even if I wanted to give this rating zero stars, I was not able to do this. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a job. Asian owners Gen has the lowest moral standards and are the super-rude. If you ever have a worry there?s no sense of putting it up because they don't hear you, no matter what. Anyway, the pizza is in the middle and the prices are ridiculously high. The worst place ever!!!!

Last time I do that again. My son wanted a hoagie I said lets try somewhere else besides wawa thats nearby. He calls Soprano's orders Turkey Hoagie with just lettuce. I bought double meat with all the extras day before at Wawa $10. So pulled out a $10 to pay for it but $12.93 say what?? Picked it up felt light. Turns out had 3 to 4 pieces of sliced turkey and lettuce thats it..live and learn. Per owner response.. no 2nd chance for a few slices of Turkey lettuce at almost $13 for a hoagie.

Food quality seems to vary. The first few times I thought the pizza was good. The last few times I felt the pizza was undercooked and lacked flavor. They charge an awful lot for extra pizza sauce $4). Sometimes when I ask for a side of garlic salt, they either try to charge me as well or they forget it. Penny pinching is not a good business strategy when you have so many competitors.
