Arancini (house speciality) are perfect lunch size, slightly fried Rísoto balls. I tried the Al Burro; Prosciutto, bechamel sauce, cotta, sweet peas and mozzarella. Wow! The Italian wedding soup was also excellent. What could they improve? Maybe there's espresso for her offers...
There's so much I loved in this place only when I first visited. In a Sicilian family I raised a few Arincini as my Nonna had done it earlier. While the recipe was somewhat different, the Arincini were just incredible here. The staff could not have been more friendly either. Arincini House has made a new loyal customer. If you're looking for nostalgia, this is the place. If you've never had an Arincini, you have to get one!
I had this for the first time a few weeks ago and can confidently say that there were some of the best Italian food I had in Pittsburgh. I had the original Arancini and the Mozzarella sticks and they were both amazing food experiences. Very recommended and I will definitely be back.
It needed a fresh batch to wait so little longer, but it's worth it. Absolutely delicious even from my Italian partner. Friendly staff is a huge plus.
After careful consideration, I'm ready to declare this my favorite food in Mt. Lebanon! From the arancini itself to the pepperoni rolls to the salads, the desserts and pizza, there is something for everyone on this menu. You can't go wrong. Their to-go service is always seamless and COVID protocols are followed to allow for a comfortable dine-in experience too. All of this, plus a friendly and accommodating staff, will have you coming back!
