Bombay Brassiere - Mount Maunganui

It far exceeded my expectations! I initially thought it would be quite average, but the food is incredibly delicious! The butter chicken is simply exquisite, and the biryani chicken rice is outstanding. I ordered mine extra spicy, and it was perfect—just how I like it. The samosas and garlic naan are also great. I will definitely return! Plus, the staff is super friendly. Overall, it’s excellent food, great service, and an ideal dining experience!

This wasn't the best Indian restaurant I've visited. The butter chicken resembled pumpkin soup, as another review pointed out. I ordered it at medium spiciness, but it ended up being more on the mild side. Everything else was good, though!

I visited the restaurant last week with my friends. We started with a delicious appetizer served on a hot plate. For our main courses, we ordered goat pasanda and chicken jalfrezi, and we absolutely loved our meals. The service was friendly, and we really enjoyed our dinner. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant, and we’ll be sure to recommend it to our friends!

I loved my main i had the vegetable jhalfrezi, it was delicious. my friend said his butter chicken tasted like pumpkin soup and his kechumber had huge onion chunks in it. Friendly service, i would come here again :
