Coffee Matters Cafe - Mount Pearl

The food and coffee at this restaurant were good. However, it was difficult to see the offerings in the dark displays and the staff didn't offer much help with suggestions for popular or available items. We also had trouble finding a bathroom. Overall, it's a decent spot.

This restaurant is one of the best coffee spots in the area! The sandwiches are fantastic, and when combined with the location and the cozy atmosphere inside, it's definitely a 5/5 rating. Every time we visit Newfoundland, it's our first stop!

First time here. I chose the Lavender Chai Latte and wow I loved the taste. The breakfast wrap and apple Danish are so delicious! Highly recommend if you are in the city.

The breakfast at this restaurant was excellent! The wrap was absolutely fantastic and beautiful, filled with egg, spicy mayo, spinach, and red peppers, all wrapped in white bread. It was delicious and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was also pleasant. I highly recommend it!

I love this coffee shoppe. First, the location is perfect. It was within walking distance of several B&B establishments and just a hop and skip from Water Street. The atmosphere is cozy but fun when it fills up around 9am. Their coffee is top notch and youcould drink something different every day for a month!! The breakfast menu is limited but there's everything from a fullbreakfast to a small continental fare of tasty pastries and muffins. The lunch menu is also varied and covers many tastes. It'sa nice break from the fish/seafood at most tradiyional NL places. I went a number of times during my stay and it will be mygo-to when I return.
