Mcdonald's - Mount Pearl

Service was great, food was fresh and hot... there was an ignorant customer who was being ridiculous and needed a good smack.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Last time I was here I waited forever in the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich. The egg was undercooked in the middle. Today I ate in. I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin combo with apple juice. The server was so rude in the way she said they don't have apple juice. You can look at the photo to see the state of the sandwich. When we were handed our order I asked for ketchup. Despite handing me the ketchup another employee told me that I have to ask for it at the time I order. I have triple checked the ordering counter and there is not one sign anywhere saying to ask for condiments ahead of time. Finally the tables are filthy. We are still in a pandemic and nobody can be bothered to keep the area clean.

I just bought two junior chicken and mc flurry from drive thru. The chicken is literally hard af cant even eat, taste really so bad definitely its is not fresh at all. I never have any complaint with mcd but today it was wrost, was so hungry and it made my taste tasteless.

Waited 30 minutes for food while people behind me were getting served before us ordered at 6:09 pm still haven't gotten food it's 6:44 pm and still no food

It's a McDonald's. So that explains it all. It's a bit old school because it's in the WalMart and no kiosks but lots of seating
