Owners/manager please take note. You have a great staff and they helped get us through the pandemic but lately there have been some disappointments. Things like, We got Diet Coke instead of regular Coke and cold of old fries yesterday when we ordered?no-salt which usually means hot fresh. It?s not the end of the world but really disappointing when you drive away then findout.
Clear that management is lacking here. They can do much better working the line of cars. Honestly when the girls are doing it, not only am I more likely to go eat here haha but they are so much more pleasant and keep things moving. My guy friends agree100%, businesses don?t know? Put a smiling pretty face in front, get way more customers.
Typical Chick-fil-A experience. Great customer service. Food was hot and delivered to table fast. Food was brought to us in a to go bag instead of a tray, even though I made it clear we were dining in when asked. Order was accurate.
Usually I am a fan of Chick-fil-a but this particular location didn't make a good impression. The person taking our order didn't seem to be paying attention very well and seemed to be rushing us. Ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich instead of theoriginal... Not that it wasn't a good sandwich just not what I was hungry for and the trend to be dry.
