Feedback gevenLast night, I waited for over an hour for just 1 pizza and a side of wings, placing the order around 7:40pm. The estimated waiting and delivery time was 28-38 minutes, but after 45 minutes passed with no sign of my order and 55 minutes gone by, I called the restaurant to inquire about the delay. After waiting for an additional 7 minutes without a response, I decided to cancel my order and went to the nearby Dominos shop instead. When I arrived at the Dominos, I asked about my order and was informed that they had not even started preparing it yet. They explained that they only had one driver who was out on a delivery and that it would take around 10 more minutes for him to return before they could begin baking the pizza. By this time, it had been 1 hour and 25 minutes since I originally placed my order. Frustrated with the wait, I asked for a refund and vowed to never order from that restaurant again.
I was extremely disappointed with my last visit to Domino's in Mt. Pleasant, TX. It was 9:30 at night and I was unemployed. I noticed that Domino's was offering half-price pizza when ordering through their app. After nearly an hour of downloading the app, I finally placed my order. However, 10 minutes later, I received a call from Domino's informing me that it would take an hour and a half to prepare the 3 pizzas I had ordered. They suggested I cancel my order or wait. Unfortunately, other restaurants were closed for the night and I went home empty-handed. I hope Domino's improves their service. I will not be returning. I recommend trying Cicis or Pizza Hut for a quick and delicious pizza. Even Little Caesars is a better option if you are in a hurry.
I will never order from this restaurant again. Earlier today, I ordered 2 pizzas online for a future pickup as the website allowed. I used my debit card and after completing the checkout, I was informed that my order had been switched to immediate and would be ready in 10 minutes instead of the 3 hours I requested. I immediately noticed this and called the restaurant. After waiting 1 hour and 11 minutes, a woman answered the phone with a terrible attitude. She explained rudely that they were busy and not accepting future orders at the moment, contrary to what the website had indicated. I requested a refund as I did not intend to order for immediate pickup. She responded with a dismissive "fine, I'll take care of it" before hanging up on me. I am unsure if I will even receive my refund as the rude employee did not provide any information on the process. The last time I ordered from this restaurant, the pizza was undercooked. This place is terrible and I have had nothing but negative experiences with both the staff and the food itself. I will never order from them again.
Absolutely in love with my van elizabeth. she has an amazing smile and always cares for me to make sure that I need everything. when I see her name as my driver, I am so excited to wait for her beautiful face.
Pizza was very good… was just very frustrated with the delivery service. It was very late. Happy
