Jerry's Smokehouse - Mount Pleasant

Three of us shared The Big Dog Special, and it was ALL delicious!! You get brisket, pulled pork, chicken , 2 different sausages, 2 ribs, 2 sides, 2 pieces of Texas Toast, and a big bowl of BBQ sauce. I’ve never tasted chicken so juicy and tender!

Today I had the Hogfather and my wife grabbed the loaded potato. This was by far my favorite visit. The food was great and the staff were very friendly.

We were heading for Applebee's but saw the sign for JoJack's, so we decided to check it out. We are Glad that we went inside! As soon as you open the door the wonderful aroma hits you! I had The Pit Master and my wife had the Flautas, both were delicious! The self-serve Root Beer is also very good! We highly recommend this place!!

Excellent smoked bar-b-que pulled chicken and pulled pork sandwiches, other choices as well. Lots of sides to choose from. We didn't feel the menu on the wall was clear on how ordering the sides was extra. No matter the Chicken Magnet Sandwich was so piled high with smoked chicken my wife decided to eat down some of the meat before putting on the bun top so she could eat it as a sandwich. The HogFather sandwich was piled high with at least three kinds of smoked pork. Also enjoyed the Fountain Drink lemonades. Not all restaurant lemonades are good but JoJack's are. A side of smoked brussels sprouts rounded out a great meal a short walk across the street from where we camped.

His food is great at a reasonable price I Wouid recommend his barbeque to anybody
