Open Range Grille - Mount Pleasant

This was a fantastic find! My husband and I were looking for something different locally, we found it. What a clean, well decorated restaurant. Unfortunately we never knew it was there and definitely needs word of mouth or better advertising. We had 2 NY strip steaks, garlic potatoes and tasty mixed vegetables (not the canned type). It was all cooked and seasoned to perfection!! The service was amazing and very hospitable! The prices are normal and the food is outstanding! We even got to meet the owners mother and she is absolutely adorable. I hope more people find this gem so we can keep visiting and enjoying their food!

Coming from out of town, we were looking for a place to eat, and I can't reccomend this more. The alligator bites are to die for, the poutine is perfect, the burger selection is out of this world. I highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area. The atmosphere is comfy, decorative, and welcoming.

Went with my fiancé heard lots of good stuff about this place. I was told get the steak. Ordered the steak and they were out. That’s the reason why I came. Got the swordfish was little dry for me plus I really didn’t want it. Corn casserole is good. My girlfriends hamburger in the little dry to me. Food 2 stars, service 4 stars and atmosphere 5.Most likely I won’t be coming back.

Stopped for a few cold ones and then decided to have a bite. Ordered the Ribeye steak dinner and was impressed with the dinner. The toss salad was good, and the ribeye steak was great. Will stop again when traveling through Mt. Pleasant.

Food was excellent. We had the sweet corn bites, chili, and alpine burger, it was all very tasty. The hunting stuff isn't my vibe but it fits for the area etc so it's ok. Biggest plus was there was no news on any TV just different sport.
