Feedback gevenI ordered two packs of ribs but only received one. When I tried to call the restaurant, no one answered, despite my repeated attempts. I'm really frustrated because the ribs were meant for a family dinner that evening. It's even more disappointing that my calls were either ignored or I was hung up on. I'm hoping that when I visit the store, they will resolve this issue. If not, I won't be returning. It's such a letdown!
I wasn't pleased with how the self-checkout attendant was pushing me to upgrade to a higher membership package. I shouldn't have to justify my decision to stick with the base membership. This really annoyed me and caused me to lower my rating by two stars. Now I almost regret signing up for a membership at all, as I don't want to face this kind of pressure every time I visit.
The pick-up service made my work errands so easy and convenient. I could place my order anytime, day or night, and pick it up whenever it fit my schedule. My order was accurate and ready even earlier than expected. I really appreciate this option!
Don't leave your cart alone the employees will grab it and put the items back on the shelves
Very disturbed by how my friends and I were treated by a café Sam’s club worker. I unfortunately did not get the worker’s name but she was incredibly rude to my friends and I. She rolled her eyes and scoffed at us repeatedly during our order being taken, and then back-mouthed us when we asked for a sundae. She was very rude to the other customers in front of us, and behind us as well. Very disappointed in Sam’s club.
