Feedback gevenUnfortunately, they no longer use Open Table. This app is how I discovered Blackfinn. I always use OpenTable when I make reservations as long as BlackFinn won't be on OpenTable, I won't eat here. Luckily there are some other good choices in the area, and more that are not so close, but are just as good.
New year dinner with my friend, food is great. Service sucked, not only the waitress placed wrong in my order, she never said sorry and gave me attitude. She barely checked us and upset us all the time. Although the food is really good, I use it to love here, but it was dead in recent times and we sat in a stand where the upholstery collapsed and fell apart. Bathroom not refilled with paper or soap. I don't want to go to a place where the food is good, but they don't have money to fix their stands or nobody can fill the soap dispensers or paper in a bathroom. I was very disappointed and it was sad. I am also a Perks member
Overall.... very nice. I ordered the shrimps and grits and although not like what you get in the south, it was still good. My husband had the ribs he had enjoyed. At first our order came out incorrectly and partly, but it did not take long until it could be corrected. We would probably try to eat there again.
The table was ready when we arrived. Service and food very good. Would go back!
Breakfast with Santa was awful. Our food was cold, the hostess told us Santa would walk around and sat us in the other room than where Santa was. While visiting Santa our drinks were cleared away. I ordered coffee which was also cold. 75.00 later we left fairly disappointed, the staff was completely unprepared.
