China Garden - Mount Prospect

This restaurant deserves a 5-star rating instead of 3.5! It is hands down the best Chinese food I have ever tasted, and the first time I have truly enjoyed Chinese cuisine. I have tried Chinese food in various states throughout my life, and the Mongolian beef and rice noodles here are absolutely phenomenal. I am already looking forward to returning to try their orange and sesame chicken.

I didn't choose to order from this restaurant. My car broke down and I needed food delivered. Every time I've ordered from here, there has been a problem. The first time I ordered, I asked for no broccoli but it was included. The second time, I requested no rice but they gave me rice anyway. The third time, I specified no rice, no sauce, and no egg roll, but they still included them. The fourth time, they told me my order would be delivered in 40 minutes after I paid, but it has been 2 hours and 27 minutes and my food still hasn't arrived.
