Feedback gevenWhen I called the 800 number, I was put on hold for a very long time before reaching someone. The representative offered me two options: either I could get a refund or receive two pizza coupons. It's absurd that they would still charge me for an undelivered order without making any promises to resolve the issue. My order was definitely worth more than just pizzas. I highly recommend not ordering from this store and brand unless you want to be disappointed and waste your money. The available ratings truly reflect the level of service.
However, when I called the restaurant to confirm my refund, the manager was extremely rude and insulted the driver, accusing him of eating my wings before hanging up. Why would you say such things to a customer? The driver arrived promptly, and he didn’t appear to have wings on his face or hands. I really hope he finds a better job, as it’s unfortunate to work under such unprofessional management that won’t admit their mistakes. As an update, the manager called me back and insisted she had made the wings, saying the driver had only gone on one other delivery before coming to my house. I don’t see why that matters. Why not either deliver the wings or refund me for them? It’s now been two hours since I placed my order, and I'm left without my full meal or a refund for what I didn’t receive. We really need to do better as people. Playing around with my pizza and wings feels like playing with my emotions. On top of that, after inspecting the food, I found it all undercooked. When I spoke with the manager, Delilah, she told me to finish cooking it in my oven. I thought that’s what I was paying them for! Now I’m being told there’s no refund, no credit—nothing. I was promised a callback, but it's been 30 minutes and I’m still waiting. No wings, and I have undercooked pizza. I can’t believe this is happening. At this point, I’m considering bringing the food back and addressing the issue in person.
After placing our order for delivery online, we received a call informing us that they apparently don't have drivers available. We opted to pick it up ourselves instead. When we arrived a few minutes past the scheduled pickup time, we paid, only to be told that it would take another 10 minutes. Once we finally brought the pizza home, we found that it was uncooked and lacked the buttery topping that it was supposed to have. To make matters worse, the cinnasticks were also undercooked.
Placed an online order for delivery, but then I got a call saying that they didn't have any drivers that evening. Fine, I just wanted some pizza and it's sort of on the way home. I get there five minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and pay. After taking my money, they decided to tell me there would be an additional ten minute wait for my food. Don't bother with this location; it's not worth the hassle. Edit: got home and one of my pizzas wasn't even close to fully baked. What a mess.
This place never finishes your order on time. Don't bother if you want your pizza on time. This location used to be great in the past. Always had your pizza on time, tasted great, awesome. As of the last few months though, it has never been on time. They say 10-20 minutes, yet nearly four times my family has waited upwards 40+ minutes... and then the damn pizza is messed up! To hell with it- if we can't find another Pizza Hut, we're getting Papa Johns from now on. Unreal!
