Cold fries, bad attitude when I asked for fresh. Inside dirty.

MALE AND FEMALE MANAGERS ON DUTY HAS LOUD OBNIXOUS CHAT ABOUT WEITHER FEMALE MGR WAS COMING TO WORK NEXT DAY. VERY LOUD MGRS SHOULD NOT BE CARRYONG ON IN SUCH MANNER ESPECIALLY IN LOBBY DISTURBING CUSTOMERS

My boyfriend does DoorDash on the side as a side hustle, I usually ride with him while he does deliveries. He had a delivery and came to pick up the food and found out they gave the food to the wrong person. Despite him showing proof he was doing that order that second they wouldn’t remake the food or anything after they said they would and had him wait about 15-20 minutes. He told the customer and had to cancel the order, which resulted in him losing money, kept him from doing more orders and lost gas.

I noticed my drink tasted awful so I emptied it and went to refill it. I was met at the machine by another man who said he was having the same issue. We both refilled and they still tasted badly so we informed the workers. One worker got a cup and tasted the drink and said it was fine. They offered the guy a new drink but completely brushed me off and ignored me. (Those black dots were all inside my drink floating, the picture doesn’t show it very well).
