Feedback gevenKudos to staff in Mount Sterling, KY to Indian hills Rd. I made a purchase through the Pizza Portal app and when I arrived, my order was not ready. I was in the rush, so instead of waiting, I bought something else and left. Staff told me that I could e-mail the pizzeria portal page for refunding the online order. So was difficult, I sent back 2-3 emails without answer and no phone number to call. I made this aware of the management of this store and expected to fulfill a full refund or order. Better than that. They gave me a full refund of online order and a free order for the moment I was there with hungry children. They treat my problem well and were very professional about the problem and encouraged me to bring it to their attention when it happens again. I appreciated their great kindness and service, will always return when the staff continues to be so friendly!
