Ice Cream Factory - Mount Vernon

There are so many flavors and so little time! I was amazed by the delicious variety, including Jamaica Rum Rosin, Grape Nuts, Strawberry Shortcake, and more. They offer different sizes and packages on-site, with cones and other options for enjoying their frostcake. I loved all the samples I tried—they were rich in flavor and incredibly creamy. It was truly impressive!

I heard great things about this place having fantastic Caribbean-flavored ice cream, so I approached it with high expectations. Living in New Jersey, I haven't found anywhere else that offers Caribbean-flavored ice, so I was excited to give this shop a try. It's located in Mount Vernon, NY. I decided to sample five different flavors. My wife and I tasted them, and while the ice was decent, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I'm used to having 'smoking raisin' with a hint of light rum, but I found this version lacking; I was quite disappointed. The Grape Nut flavor was acceptable. I plan to return and give it another shot because I noticed they also serve Belgian waffles topped with ice cream and freshly pressed fruit juices. The customer service was friendly, and the store offers a variety of pastries and other Caribbean products worth checking out.

The restaurant branches are clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I really enjoy the wide variety of ice flavors they offer, and I often recommend it to everyone in the area so they can try some of the flavors as well. They also have a juice bar that has a great selection. Overall, I think you'll have a great experience here and will likely want to come back for more delightful stories to share.

Delicious! The staff is at the point.... pay attention to their customers and are quick friendly. Had coconut! OMG! The first time was a beautiful experience... definitely back to taste their CARIBBEAN flavors.

Fast an efficient service. Great staff and ice cream variety. Cakes, pastries, smoothies. Pretty nice for a quick snack.
