Feedback gevenThis delightful restaurant has an unexpected charm. Chef George prepares a fantastic selection of dishes. Although the current menu is fixed, I highly recommend trying any special that he offers. The bar is currently undergoing renovations, so options are somewhat limited at the moment. However, the staff's hospitality and resourcefulness more than make up for it. I look forward to seeing the business evolve and thrive. Let's support them with our local patronage!
I've dined here several times and even had the opportunity to intern with the owner, George. I've noticed that he offers specials and prepares many of his dishes from scratch, using unique ingredients that can be challenging to work with. The kitchen is impressively clean, and I enjoyed watching him skillfully handle the pans over the heat. George clearly knows his craft. A chef like him is truly limited only by the degree of creative freedom he possesses. In small towns like this, talented chefs are hard to find, and he certainly does not disappoint. This evening, I tried a coconut curry dish that surpassed many Thai dishes I've had. Watching dedicated professionals like him reignites my passion for the industry, and I could easily chat about food with him for hours. This place holds tremendous potential, and I can only hope that the management shares the same enthusiasm for food as the chef does. I highly recommend dining here!
This is a solid restaurant with excellent food that tastes great. The service is quick, though it can occasionally slow down. While the menu isn’t extensive, it offers enough variety for everyone to find something they like. If you're staying at the Best Western next door, you can enjoy a 15% discount on your bill. Just be aware that the entrance is at the back of the building, next to the Best Western. The front has a different establishment, even though there is a bistro sign on the roof.
The pizza was excellent. Happy hour was great!! One of the best food experiences I had. Here from Cali at work. Can wait to try the burgers.
Meat good. Need manly portions depends on the client, especially in this compition/service. environment. Add a item for promotion at a almost wholesale value price. Once you cater to the client specifically then you're able to establish a good unit of sale. The intention is toward the customer so therefore what you put back into your environment you feed into yourself.
