Meg's Smashburgers And Frozen Custard

Service was absolutely horrid took standing there for almost 10 minutes before we said hello and someone finally came to the front to very rudely take our order. Upon getting our order we didn't receive the ranch (literally one thing we asked extra for) we proceeded to stand and wait for anouther 3 minutes before a employee finally looked up from their phone to ask us what we needed. As we were sitting there eating I decided that I was going to get ice cream. We went ahead and stood and waited to order ice cream after waiting for 5 minutes I decided I'd just go down the road to sonic so I didn't have to wait forever all while A EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING THERE ON THERE PHONE NOT ONCE ASKING WHAT WE NEEDED. Horrible service and the food wasn't even that good couldn't speak for the ice cream as I didn't even have time to try it because I would have waited 20 more minutes more than likely. Worst $20 I ever spent.

Food was great, husband had the double smash burger and I had chicken tenders and peanut butter blast. Service was ok, took our order then didn't see her again until it was done then didn't see anyone again at all. This was between 11-noon on a Friday. They do charge extra if you use a credit card and there aren't any signs warning you and we didn't notice until we were seated and waiting for our food. Its not a lot just seems wrong that they don't mention the charge beforehand so you have the choice to pay with cash if you prefer.

Food was great, service was terrible. The male cashier was grumpy and unhelpful. We were treated like a pain in the butt for asking questions about the food portion sizes even after we explained that we were from a different country.

My wife ordered the classic smash burger with grilled onions (add on) and I ordered the mushroom smash burger with grilled onions (add on). We also ordered a large order of fries to share. The burgers were great and the fries were great. The service was terrible! The girl who took our order rang us up with a combo that we did not order. When we asked about it, she said that ringing it that way would save us money. But by our math it added $1.30. So I asked her to run it again without the combo. She came up with the same wrong total. Then a person I assume was a manager came up: green and purple hair, piercings all over. She started to ring it with a combo and I said, No combo. Two burgers and a large fry. She said nothing. Rang it, opened the cash drawer, gave me change back, AND NEVER SAID A WORD! I was going to order frozen custards when we left, but that changed my mind. Too bad great food. Lousy customer service.
